Vancouver Beach Tennis Club

A non-profit club bringing one of the world's fastest-growing racket sports to the West Coast. Tournaments, social events, and community on the sand — all summer long. VBTC is a registered British Columbia non-profit society, founded by a group of beach tennis players who wanted to give the sport a proper home in Vancouver. Our mission: develop and promote beach tennis across the Lower Mainland. The club was founded by a small group of players who had been organizing pickup games on Vancouver beaches for years. We registered as a non-profit because we wanted what we were building to outlast any one of us — a real, lasting home for beach tennis on the West Coast. Today the club runs a full summer season: weekly games, two tournaments, and social events that bring everyone together. We're affiliated with the Canadian Beach Tennis Association (CBTA) and Tennis BC.
